“This Just Made My Day!” – Travis Kelce on His Nieces’ Adorable Chaos
NFL star Travis Kelce had fans laughing right along with him after reacting to a behind-the-scenes video of his brother Jason Kelce attempting to rally his three young daughters for a family holiday photo shoot — and it’s pure parenting comedy gold.
The video, originally shared by Jason’s wife Kylie Kelce, offers a candid look into the couple’s annual Christmas card session with their daughters: Wyatt (3), Elliotte (2), and baby Bennett (8 months). Partnering once again with Minted for their holiday card, Kylie captioned the post with cheerful energy — but the real magic happened in the unfiltered moments of the shoot.
From the sidelines, Jason could be seen trying to wrangle both kids and dogs with his trademark deadpan humor, muttering, “It’s gonna be a long season. You can tell.” Meanwhile, Kylie acted as head coach, guiding the girls with instructions like “hands to ourselves” and “turn around,” all while managing snack strategy — aka bribing them with breakfast and donuts.
Kylie later joked, “It’s an endurance game.”
When Travis stumbled upon the video, he couldn’t hold back his amusement. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end commented, “❤️❤️❤️ This just made my day!” — proving once again that he’s not only a Super Bowl champion but a super proud uncle.
In a conversation with PEOPLE, Kylie shared that organizing the photo shoot with three little ones and a couple of energetic dogs was no easy feat. “It’s definitely a tag-team effort,” she said, “with all hands grabbing whoever’s closest just to keep the chaos semi-contained.”
Of course, fans know that Travis Kelce is more than just the fun uncle — he’s practically a full-time playmate when he visits his brother’s family. Kylie has said before that her girls absolutely adore “Uncle Trav,” even more than their own dad at times.
“Jason joked once that the girls might actually prefer Travis over him,” Kylie told PEOPLE, laughing. “He comes over and doesn’t even get to sit down. Wyatt has him building blocks, doing puzzles, rolling on the floor — she’s in charge.”
And Travis? He doesn’t mind one bit.
“I tell him, ‘Trav, you know you can say no to Wyatt?’ and he just looks at me like, ‘Yeah, I don’t think I can.’”
Whether it’s being a pony, dancing on command, or just being the center of his nieces’ world, Travis is all in as an uncle. Kylie summed it up best: “He’s the definition of an uncle — fun, kind, and 100% devoted to making them smile.”
As fans eagerly await more moments from the Kelce clan — both on and off the field — one thing’s certain: this family knows how to bring the joy, laughter, and a whole lot of heart to every season.
