This “Love Story” won’t see Romeo getting down on one knee until an “ironclad” prenup is agreed upon.
In a report that sounded more like a contract negotiation in the NFL, Life & Style published an article indicating that Taylor Swift and Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce won’t be walking down the aisle until the two sides agree on a prenuptial agreement.
The whirlwind romance had been one of the biggest storylines in the NFL last season, which culminated with the Chiefs winning in the Super Bowl with Swift on hand to see her beau crowned a champ once more.
While rumors and speculation have swirled that the two could be getting engaged sooner rather than later, it seems that the legal agreement is preventing Kelce from getting down on one knee.

“There’s just no way Taylor would walk down the aisle without a prenup,” a source told Life & Style. “They both want it figured out before Travis gets down on one knee.”
The duo have reportedly discussed what the details of the prenup would look like, but schedules have made the talks tough to get through.
The two also have a complicated financial situation, with Swift and Kelce both have a substantial amount of individual wealth.
Swift is reportedly worth more than $1 billion, and Kelce is worth and estimated $70 million.
“This is a lot further along than either Taylor or Travis would care to admit, since they’ve considered themselves unofficially engaged for a while and are both 100 percent committed to spending the rest of their lives together and starting a family,” a source told the publication. “The formalities are just their schedules that have gotten in the way, as well as the logistics of a prenup, which is obviously complicated by the vast amounts of money involved on both sides.”

The pair took their relationship public in September of last year when she turned up at a Chiefs game against the Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.

The mountain path above Aspen was narrow, a ribbon of pale stone stitched into the side of the world. On one side, a wall of granite rose like a shut door.
